For headshots and other opportunities Arts Administration students may need to pay for.
Headshots
When you click "Submit", you will automatically be sent into the online checkout process with your fee(s). Please fill out all required details in the checkout process and review your details and selections. A modal connected directly to Authorize.Net will be provided to enter your card details and authorize the transaction. Pay-by-check is also available; please be sure to pay attention to all payment instructions provided as the process is not complete until payment is received.
Selections are valid in your cart for 1 hour, after which the cart is cleared and the submission marked abandoned. If for personal reasons outside your control you are unable to complete checkout within an hour of submission, please return to this form and start the process again. If you are unable to complete checkout due to an error on this site, please submit a site bug report with as much detail as possible so that we may resolve the issue before you try again.
If for any reason you wish to modify your selections after clicking "Submit" below: select "Cancel" in checkout, then "Empty cart" to clear your selections and abandon the incorrect submission, then start over at this form.
